Medicine Track App — Delete Your Account
How to delete your account
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings — the gear icon on the home screen.
- Scroll to Settings → Delete My Account.
- Tap it and confirm twice.
Deletion happens immediately. You do not need to contact us.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently removed from our active systems:
- your medicines, including names, usage notes, colours, icons, and reminder schedules;
- every photograph of medicine packaging you uploaded, including the copies held by our image hosting provider;
- your entire dose history — which doses you took and which you missed;
- your notification and alert records;
- all caregiver connections, in both directions, so anyone who was following your medicines loses access;
- your account identifier, connection code, and recovery code.
This cannot be undone. Your account cannot be recovered afterwards, not even with your recovery code. There is no grace period and no archived copy.
Important notes
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your data from our servers. Please use the in-app deletion above.
- The app has no email address or password, so we cannot delete an account on request without proof that it is yours. If you can no longer open the app but still have your recovery code, email it to us and we will delete the matching account.
- Standard server connection logs (such as IP address and request time) are kept for a short period for security purposes. They are not linked to your medicine records.
If you cannot use the app
Email info@almarenlabs.net with the subject "Medicine Track App Account Deletion". Include your recovery code if you have it. We will confirm once the account has been deleted.
