Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can remove the following data inside the FitCheck app. Your account stays active.

Workout log entries

Progress tab → open Workout Log → tap the trash icon on a log entry (or long-press the entry).

Food journal entries (daily meals you logged)

Home tab → open My Food Journal → remove individual food entries using the remove control on each item.

Saved custom workout plans

Training tab → My Saved Workout Plans → delete a plan from the list.

Saved custom diet plans

Nutrition tab → My Saved Plans → delete a plan from the list.

Saved programs (workout or diet programs you saved to your profile)

Profile tab → Saved → remove a program, or Home tab → My Saved Programs carousel → remove a program.

Forum posts you created

Profile tab → tap your post count → My Posts → delete a thread, or open your thread in Threads → delete.

Forum replies you wrote

Threads tab → open a thread → delete your own reply.

In-app notification history

Home tab → notification bell → delete one notification or delete all.

Data you cannot delete in the app

If you cannot delete something in the app or cannot access the app, email info@almarenlabs.net with your registered email and subject "FitCheck Data Deletion Request". State what you want removed. Do not send unnecessary health information.

Delete your entire account

To permanently delete your account and associated personal data: Profile → Account settings → Delete account.

  • You must confirm with your current password. Deletion is immediate after successful confirmation.
  • If you cannot access the app, email info@almarenlabs.net with the subject line "FitCheck Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address (and username if known). Please do not send health or medical data by email.
